Sometimes it just doesn't fit – and that's okay. Perhaps a product feels different than expected, perhaps it doesn't suit your trip, or your dog needs a different solution after all. Even then, we want you to feel well taken care of at PAWLII.

Of course, the standard EU guidelines apply to your right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw your order within the statutory withdrawal period, provided that the goods are returned to us unused, complete, and in a resalable condition.

We want to make the process as pleasant and transparent as possible for you. Should you have any questions about your return, the procedure, or a possible alternative, we are always personally available to assist you.
